Data Deletion Instructions

You can have your data deleted from EZ AI Automation at any time. Which option applies depends on who you are.

1. If you run a workspace (a Business)

Delete your whole account yourself, instantly, with no email needed:

1. Go to https://ezaiautomation.com/delete-account.
2. Enter your workspace subdomain (for example acme from acme.ezaiautomation.com), the administrator's email address and password.
3. Confirm. We then cancel your subscription and permanently delete your workspace database (conversations, leads, settings, knowledge base and products), uploaded files, and your connected Facebook/Instagram access tokens.

This cannot be undone. Payment records held by Stripe, and records we must keep by law, are not removed.

2. If you messaged a business on Facebook, Instagram or its website chat

Your conversation is held in that business's workspace, and the business decides what to keep. To have it deleted, ask the business, or email us at no_reply@ezaiautomation.com with:

• the name of the business or Facebook Page / Instagram account you messaged, and
• your name as it appears on Facebook or Instagram (or the email or phone number you gave in the chat).

We will confirm your request and delete the matching conversation data from the business's workspace within 30 days.

3. Remove our app from your Facebook account

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations.
2. Find the business tool you connected, choose Remove, and tick the option to delete the data it received if offered.
3. Then follow section 1 or 2 above so the data we already hold is deleted as well.
